What we do: we design and build bespoke AI automation systems, intelligent infrastructure and custom business platforms for South African businesses. Services are quoted individually; we do not sell goods through this website.

3. Demonstration systems

The interactive systems shown on this website are demonstrations built with illustrative sample data. Company names, figures, documents and transactions shown in them are placeholders used to show how the software works. They are not the live data of any client.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, code and the TruNrth Intelligence name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by South African and international law. Ownership of software we build for a client is dealt with in that client's written agreement, not on this page.

5. No warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Nothing on this website is professional advice, and nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law — and subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies — we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for gross negligence.

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
